What is the payment method?
Payments have to be made via debit or credit card. All payments made through the website are processed via Stripe.
What happens to my subscription after the promo has ended?
The subscription will be auto-renewed at the standard price of your subscription plan. This is done to ensure continuity and convenience. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the below steps:
iOS Users: If you have subscribed from within the BondEvalue App, you can only cancel your subscription from your iPhone settings as follows:
Settings > iTunes & App Store > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > BondEvalue > Cancel Subscription
Android Users: If you have subscribed from within the BondEvalue App (via Google Play Store), you can cancel your subscription from your phone settings as follows:
Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription
WebApp Users: If you have subscribed via our WebApp, you can cancel your subscription by writing to us at bondevalue@bondevalue.com 2 working days prior to your subscription renewal date.
To do so, you have to Login to manage account under the Plans page.
Is there a subscription plan for multi-user access/institutional access?
Yes, we do provide special subscription plans for multi-user access (5 or more users). For more details on this, please contact us at bondevalue@bondevalue.com or +65 9069 5276.
How does BondEvalue derive the bond prices that are shown on the App?
We get price data from 14 different sources. We run this through our proprietary algorithm to generate prices that are most representative of the current market price.
I cannot find the bonds that I am looking for on the BondEvalue App. Can you add them?
Absolutely! We add missing bonds on request from our subscribers on a regular basis. All you have to do is click the below button at the bottom of the Add page on the BondEvalue App.

Alternatively, you can send the missing bond details to our Fixed Income Specialist via the Live Chat under the Manage page on the bottom right of the App.
Can I buy or sell bonds via the BondEvalue App?
No, you cannot. BondEvalue focuses on providing accurate and timely information to bond investors, which is presently lacking in the opaque OTC bond markets.
