We are a Singapore-headquartered fintech company that specializes in digitizing the bond markets. Our business has two parts –Information Services and an Electronic Bond Exchange. The Information Services business focuses on providing transparent bond market data and analytics to end investors via interactive mobile and web applications as a subscription-based service. We are also developing a bond exchange where traditional bonds with denominations of $200,000 can be traded electronically in smaller sizes of $1,000. The two parts of the business collectively aim to bring transparency and efficiency to the bond markets by leveraging technology.

We are looking for a Fixed Income Analyst in the Information Services Business. Your job will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Help curate newsletters. (BondEvalue newsletters)
Work in close association with the business development and market research team
Develop and implement databases, data analytics and other strategies
Support the editorial team in monitoring and writing news content on the international bond markets
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Writing educational and topical blogs/articles on the international bond markets
Improve AI-based news service by managing news on bond issuers using internal dashboard
Procure bond prospectuses from exchanges

This is a full time position.

Compensation will be provided at par with industry standards

What are we looking for:

Experience of 2 yrs in a finance/financial research firm
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in finance, mathematics, economics, or computer science
Basic understanding of capital market with particular emphasis on fixed income/bond markets
Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information
Excellent English language written and verbal skills
Self-driven and self-starter who takes initiative and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines
Team player with a proactive can-do attitude
Strong sense of ownership and detail oriented

Additional:

Knowledge of tools including Python, R and Tableau is preferred
CFA candidates would be given preference
