Greenland’s dollar bonds fell 1-2% on Friday with Bloomberg Intelligence noting that they are set to face sales headwinds and reduced cash collection. This is due to Greenland’s substantial land-bank exposure to low-tier Chinese cities, where housing demand tends to be weak, they said. The lower sales may translate into slow cash collection and delay its deleveraging process.
