The London Stock Exchange (LSE) Group mandated Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup and HSBC as global coordinators to arrange calls with investors for a jumbo multi-currency bond. The USD denominated bonds are expected to have tenors ranging from 3 to 20 years; the EUR offering 4 to 12 years and the GBP offering 9 years. The bonds have expected ratings of A3/A by Moody’s and S&P. The planned issuance comes after LSE acquired financial data provider Refinitiv for $27bn. LSE last tapped the bond markets in November 2018 with a €500mn ($593mn) 9Y issuance.
