WeWork has guided for at least a 30% jump in its 2022 revenues amid increasing demand for office space as a switch to a hybrid model of work takes place. WeWork said that it expects 2022 revenues between $3.35-3.5bn, a 30-36% YoY rise over its 2021 revenue. WeWork said that it hopes to become profitable on an adjusted EBITDA basis in Q3 or Q4 2022. It expects revenues between $900mn-$1bn during the period. During its Q4 results, revenues rose 9% QoQ to $718mn. WeWork last week was said to be in discussions to raise fresh equity worth $200mn via private investment in public equity, or PIPE.
WeWork bonds were trading weaker with its 5% 2025s down 1.7 points to 79.87 cents on the dollar.
